ASMET representative among the winners of the XXX plebiscite of “Technical Review” readers!
Małgorzata Dulewicz – a specialist in management and production engineering, psychology and economics, and at the same time Head of the Purchasing Department at ASMET sp. z o.o. honored with the title of Golden Engineer 2023 in the Innovation category.
For 18 years, she has successfully applied her technical knowledge in her professional work analyzing technical drawings and conducting business discussions with contractors from all over the world. She has co-created standards and optimized the company’s internal processes and was an internal auditor of ISO 9001:2008 quality management systems for many years.
She is currently responsible for procurement planning and supply chain management. Together with her team, using new technologies, she ensures the purchase of goods of the best quality and price and always just in time. She is not afraid of challenges, constantly improving her professional qualifications and ensuring the right working atmosphere, development and integration of colleagues. Privately, she is fond of travelling and reading books especially a the type of psychological ones.
The Golden Engineer of the Year 2023 has received a special statuette and diploma during a gala held on March 4th at the NOT House of Technology.
