Mechanical characteristics tests:

• static tensile testing of bolts, threaded rods and smooth rods – load max.1200 kN (measuring Re/Rp0.2, Rm, A, Z), according to the requirements of EN ISO-6892-1, EN ISO 898-1 standards,
• tensile strength test on SB assemblies (M10-M39), according to requirements of EN ISO 15048-2,
• nut proof load test, according to the requirements of EN ISO 898-2,
• testing of hardness of metals using the following methods: Vickers, Rockwell, Rockwell Superficial, Brinell, Poldi – Brinell; according to the requirements of EN ISO 6508-1, EN ISO 6507-1, EN ISO 6506-1,
• analysis of steel microstructure,
• Analysis of tightening torques and friction coefficient for M6-M12 connections (max. 200 Nm), according to EN ISO 16047 requirements,
• breakdown torque analysis for screws up to 85 Nm,
• Determination of tightening torques and k-factor for M12-M36 connections based on the actual tension force in the connection (max.700 kN) according to EN 1090-2 Annex H using calibrated load cells. Possibility of testing the tightening process at the customer's site.

Chemical composition analysis

In terms of chemical composition analysis, we use SpectroMAxx and MiniLab300 stationary emission spectrometers (full analysis including carbon content) and a mobile spectrometer – Olympus Vanta XRF for fast PMI analysis of steel grades.

Zinc coatings testing
Zinc coating thickness measurements using the Fischerscope XRAY XDL 240 stationary unit and the DualScope FMP100 mobile unit (magnetic induction and eddy current methods).

Salt spray corrosion resistance (NSS) analysis – Ascott Standard S1000 IS and S1000IP salt spray chambers according to ISO 9227 requirements.

Geometric measurements
Extensive measuring equipment provides geometric measurements using, among others, the Marsurf XCR-20 Profilograph, a measuring and scanning machine, a full range of manual measuring tools and thread gauges.

Quality documents
The quality department offers a full range of quality documentation for products supplied to customers, according to EN 10204 (certificates 3.1, approvals 2.2 and declarations of conformity). In addition, it is possible to issue additional test reports, measurement sheets and PPAP documentation for selected products.
