SOCIAL AND CULTURAL ACTIVITIES
Almost from the beginning of its activities on the market, Asmet has been supporting local and supralocal initiatives related to social and cultural activities. Here are some of them:
- The New Year’s concerts and the concerts of talented youth organised in cooperation with the Bogna Sokorska (famous opera singer) Foundation conducted by Ms Grazyna Madroch. Over several years, dozens of young artists have shown their abilities in the Asmet’s hall.
- Sponsorship of concerts and historical and art workshops organised by the Museum of Ancient Mazovia Metallurgy in Pruszkow.
- Sponsorship of the annual international scientific conferences held in Kazimierz Dolny organised by the Maria Curie-Sklodowska University in Lublin.
- Financing of the action for reintroducing the partridge in the Lubelskie Province by releasing birds from artificial breeding into the environment to increase their population.
- Sponsorship of numerous historical publications about Ursus and the surrounding area.
In addition to these initiatives, Asmet has always been involved in socially useful initiatives serving the local community of the Pruszkow District.
