1. This Cookies Policy defines the principles of storing and accessing information on the User’s devices using cookies for the purpose of providing the services electronically requested by „ASMET” sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Reguły.
§ 1 Definitions
1. Administrator – means „ASMET” sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Reguły, Al. Jerozolimskie 280, NIP: 5342487841, Regon: 14630621400000, which provides services electronically and stores and accesses information in User's devices.
2. Cookies – means computer data, in particular small text files, recorded and stored on the devices through which the User uses the Website.
3. Administrator Cookies – means Cookies placed by the Administrator, related to the provision of electronic services by the Administrator through the Website.
4. External Cookies – means Cookies placed by the Administrator's partners, through the website of the Service.
5. Service – means the website under which the Administrator operates the website, operating on the domain www.asmet.com.pl .
6. Device – means an electronic device through which the User accesses the websites of the Website.
7. User – means an entity to whom, in accordance with the Terms and Conditions and legal regulations, electronic services may be provided or with whom an Agreement for the provision of electronic services may be concluded.
§ 2 Types of Cookies used
1. The Cookies used by the Administrator are safe for the User's Device. In particular, it is not possible for viruses or other unwanted software or malware to enter the User's Device through this method. These Cookies allow the software used by the User to be identified and the Website to be customised for each individual User. Cookies usually contain the name of the domain from which they originate, the time they are stored on the Device and the assigned value.
2. The Administrator uses two types of cookies:

§ 3 Purposes for which cookies are used
1.The Administrator of the Service uses external cookies in order to present multimedia content on the Website, which are downloaded from the external website www.youtube.com (administrator of external cookies Google Inc – based in the USA).
2. The service administrator uses external cookies to collect general and anonymous statistical data via Google Analytics analytical tools (external cookie administrator: Google Inc – based in the USA).

The service administrator uses external cookies to collect general and anonymous data for the implementation of advertising campaigns through remarketing lists in the Google AdWords advertising system (administrator of external cookies: Google Inc – based in the USA). Users visiting the homepage and subpages of the Website – are added to remarketing lists, which allow advertising content to be presented to them in the search network and in Google's advertising network. The user is active on the remarketing list for a period of 45 to 90 days.
§ 4 Possibilities of defining the conditions for storing or accessing cookies
1. The User may, independently and at any time, change the settings concerning Cookies, specifying the conditions for storing and accessing Cookies on the User’s Device. The User may change the settings referred to in the preceding sentence by means of the settings of the Internet browser or by means of the configuration of the service.
